He is the Treasure of SOTAN. He has undertaken a number of initiatives in his 25 years of enriching experience in the form of successful projects and enterprises of varied scope.

Mr.Uprety worked 15 years in watershed management project as a government employee. After the government job , he successfully completed a 3km long ropeway system in Bhattedanda, first time constructed in Nepal, by team of Nepalese engineers. He has wide range of experience in developing sustainable rural infrastructures to enhance the livelihood of the people.Currently he is the director in Ropeway and Cable Car (p) Ltd.
